Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

XtremeX Limited offers a range of passenger services, all of which are fully compliant with NZTA transport regulations, our TSL no. is 0317637 and we are GST registered. Should you have any complaints regards any of our services you can submit your complaints here where it will be recorded and reported to NZTA as required:
Terms and Conditions
- All prices stated are based on being located approximately within 10km's of Tawa base station see *Additional Cost Weightings
- You must be *age 18 and over to use some of these services
- All bookings require full payment upon booking for a service, so please confirm you are happy with terms & conditions
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated with XtremeX Ltd no later than 24 Hours before service is required unless agreed through *prior booking. Please remember this is an extremely unique and limited service provided by XtremeX and therefor we rely on careful planning and booking by our customers. A full refund will be provided if cancellation falls within the specific limit and within 5 working days. There will be no charge for rescheduling within the 24hr time frame although we may not be able to accommodate due to limited service.
- Rescheduling will only incur a charge 1 hour prior to booking to an amount of $25.00 to XtremeX's discretion, see also waiting time
- A waiting time of up to 15 minutes for all services will be allowed, commencing from the time of booking. During this time an XtremeX driver will attempt to contact the customer by email and phone, and if no contact can be made and after this time expires the booking will be cancelled. Any cancelation which take place in this manner will not receive a *refund.
- If any unforeseen circumstances arise, XtremeX has the right to cancel the booking and will offer a full refund or reschedule which ever may be preferred by the customer, however we will not be accountable for any costs associated with the customer, travel and time off work etc.
- In the event of mechanical breakdown we have AA coverage which supplies a standard replacement vehicle. At this point the service will end and the passenger will be dropped off at their final destination and offered either a full refund or a reschedule
- Extreme weather conditions fall under unforeseen circumstances, see above.
- You will be required to wear seatbelts, refusal will result in cancellation of the service with immediate effect.
- All significant *medical conditions which could cause any issues while traveling are required to be disclosed
- XtremeX adheres to the rules and speed limits of the road, any request to break these rules will be denied and if this does not end the matter, that person will be taken back and the service will be cancelled with no *refund, this is final.
- If intoxication or drugs is suspected upon arrival. XtremeX has the right to refuse and you will forfeit your right to use our service, there will be no entitlement to a refund or reschedule this is final!
- There will be no smoking or vaping allowed in the vehicle or stops to facilitate for this.
- If any soiling due to a release of bodily fluids is to occur e.g. in the act of being sick, or other accident, you will incur an additional charge of $400, this is payable with immediate effect.
*Additional Cost Weightings, XtremeX offers a highly subsided Supercar experience and to continue to do so we need to recognise the high costs associated with increasing distance to different pickup zones. In order to maintain competitive pricing, an interactive map has been made available to help understand what you pay, for example 1HR Supercar Experience, $179.99 and pickup zone Normandale, Petone is $179 + $25.00 = $204, this would be the price you pay.
*Additional, the pickup location (house or other) must have easy access and turning, if not, then a new pick up/drop off location must be agreed prior or there will be a cancellation cost of $30.00 if this can't be agreed. If your location turns out to be unsuitable, you will be contacted and offered to make your way to a new location that is better suited.*Prior booking, it may be that you have made a booking which is tentative to weather conditions or some other factor and XtremeX has confirmed in writing by email that we are happy to do this.*Refund Policy, we do understand that sometimes there are events outside of everyones control and in such cases if suitable evidence can be supplied and XtremeX is satisfied then a refund minus our costs will considered
*Medical conditions, medical conditions such as heart attack, stroke, asthma, epilepsy etc. must be disclosed as for the driver to be aware should any issue arise. Drivers are first aid qualifiedSub Note: Please remember this is an exclusive supercar that is very low to the ground and due to such makes it hard to enter some locations and hence the need to include these terms within out T&C's.
