The Cannonball Run covers approximately 35km of real Wellington roads, combining the sound, acceleration and character of the 12C with a longer route through Paremata, Pauatahanui and Transmission Gully.

What Does The Experience Include?
The Cannonball Run is an approximately 35km McLaren MP4-12C passenger experience on real Wellington roads. The longer route gives you more time to settle into the car and enjoy the acceleration, sound and character of the 12C across a broader mix of roads.
🚀 Feel The Acceleration
The longer route gives us several suitable opportunities to experience the 12C's acceleration, including acceleration up towards 100 km/h where conditions and road rules allow.
🔊 Hear The V8
With more time in the car and a broader route, you'll get more opportunity to hear the 12C's twin-turbo V8 under load and enjoy the soundtrack across changing road sections.
🏁 Passenger Experience
You ride in the passenger seat while one of our experienced XtremeX drivers takes care of the driving, so you can simply enjoy the car.
